Here is the application you requested. All of the instructions are included at the top of the application document. If you would like this to be in another file format, such as a pdf or txt, please email my.tangst@gmail.com requesting the specific file type. The new format should be emailed back to you within 24 hours.

All applications are due on Sunday, December 24, 2006 at 11:59 PM EST. Please send them to my.tangst@gmail.com. If, at any time, you have any questions regarding the application, feel free to email me your questions. IMs will also be accepted by the AIM screen name gazrcks.

Once you submit your application, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours confirming that your application was received. In the meantime, thank you again for your interest and continued dedication to Tangst. The admins look forward to reading your finished application and we wish you well.
